
Hunter Gomez was born in Mesa, Arizona on December 20, 1991, to Dr. Ernesto Gomez and Linda Gomez the Arizona Parents of the Year” in 2006, and 2007 they were honored as “National Parents of the Year” by the National Parents’ Day Coalition.
Hunter started his acting career in 2003 and had the pleasure of working with established actors such as Nicholas Cage, Voight, James Belushi, Christopher Plummer, and many others. One year after starting his career he landed the role of young Nicholas Cage in Disney’s “National Treasure” and things started to flow from there.
He made numerous appearances on TV including episodes of “According to Jim”, “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide”, “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” and “Ghost Whisperer.” He has also voiced several characters on “Family Guy.” He also played Joey Sorrento on “Proper Manors” which earned him nominations for two 2013 Filmed in Utah Awards for Best Actor and also part of the Best Ensemble Award and again in 2014 for Best Actor.
His other film roles after National Treasure included “A Merry Little Christmas” (2006), “Middle Men” (2009), “Just the Vampire Hunter” (2011), “Last Ounce of Courage” (2012), and 2014, “Walt Before Mickey” and “Coach of the Year.”
Hunter is and always has been very active in charitable events in 2006 started a charity food drive with his siblings and put up $5,000 of his own as a thank-you to the groups that brought in the most cans. He is a supporter of numerous children’s charities both with his time and money.
Politically Hunter in a press conference at the Capitol spoke about the film industry in hopes of getting a bill to offer incentives to filmmakers; he was joined at the conference by Rick Schroeder.
The talented Gomez has also dipped his feet in producing well as co-producer of six episodes of Proper Manor, associate producer of “Just the Vampire Hunter” and producer of the documentary “Hellp.”
Hunter continued to be active through the years with roles in film and television and served as a political consultant at George Washington University in Washington, DC where he attended, he also became involved in politics both on a local and national level.
Very cute and talented child actor, I remember from back in the early 2000s, interesting what he is doing now.
