A fantastic classic show and one of my all-time favorites, with quality writing and perfect delivery by the great comic cast.

Sadly we recently lost Carl Reiner who was the genius behind the show and also played comic Alan Brady who Rob and the gang worked for.

Yes, I did not get a chance to comment on it here but I did on another retro TV forum, a very funny and talented man he will be missed.

People today just don't realize what outstanding TV series like this brought to audiences, I can without a doubt say very few that is not from the time of the series can appreciate the great writing and absolutely genius comedic timing by the excellent cast.

Precisely, these shows are from the golden age of television, what is on TV today is just pure crap for the most part.

Precisely and they in most cases do not even know these great shows exist while they sit and watch c rap like The Kardashians and talk show crap like Kimmel and Colbert they can't hold a candle to The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

I am still going through this great show episode by episode, what talent in the writing the jokes just come off with such great delivery from this talented ensemble cast, just great stuff for the mature TV viewer.

Though obviously Dick Van Dyke gets more on-screen time as we not only see his at work-life but his home life, we rarely get to see the home lives of his office mates but I guess it still qualifies as an ensemble cast.

My grandpa loves this show he laughs so hard when watching it, I have watched a few with him and admit I had some laughs. ?

Well, bless him for introducing the unsophisticated and completely lacking culture TikTok generation to quality classic TV. This generation culture takes the form of twerking in the bathroom mirror for TikTok pedophiles.

Excellent on all counts, do you know even as a little boy I loved this show but in truth in that era with limited channels we all had our schedule on Wednesday nights at 7 pm we watch this and so forth that was not 300 channels of crap in those days.

One of the best there ever was and what a superb ensemble cast and the comedic timing was flawless, just superb writing, and who could forget the twin beds in the bedroom for husband and wife, how absurd but such were the times.
