Yes, Cloak & Dagger was aimed at a young audience, a film the entire family could enjoy, so for what it was, it was good. I enjoyed it. The movie, as a matter of fact, is surprisingly good, a true gem, and I always liked Dabney Coleman.
I have not seen this in ages, and I bet if I watch it again, I would enjoy it. It was a favorite growing up.
